Background	Jean Luc Delta spent his early life raised by his parents at their homes at Risa and Quo'NoS. His mother was strict, and his father guided him intellectually. His father taught him how to use his psionic abilities. He joined Starfleet at the age of 14. He practices many Klingon traditions; he has warrior status among those within the Klingon House of K'Var. When he was young, his father had him help with building and flying starships his father designed. He was captured by Breen. The Breen changed his body into a Breen body with a human appearance. On the Breen home world, he was given a new life, identity, and memories. Eventually, his father, Zevais Delta, found him and restored his old memories. He kept his Breen name, Brak Schino, & remains close to the Breen as their ambassador.	Celeste Amber Delta spent her early life raised by her parents at their homes at Risa and Quo'NoS.
