Zevais Delta was a wealthy owner of the Noex Risa Alliance. For these reasons, he needed a protector. Zevais made himself the near perfect living weapon, E9V Raptor.

E9V Raptor was grown from the genetic material of a male velociraptor. Zevais suspended E9V Raptor's growth at the zygote stage of life; Zevais than experimented on the zygote make change after change after change. When Zevais was satisfied with the changes, he resumed E9V Raptor's growth. E9V Raptor has all the abilities of a velociraptor and more.

As Zevais became a better protector of himself, he gave E9V Raptor more freedom. Eventually, E9V Raptor was completely independent. Zevais wanted to give E9V Raptor a complete freedom. To do that, Zevais left E9V Raptor on an unpopulated planet. E9V Raptor had to get off of the planet and form a whole new life for himself.

Here is a listing of the things Zevais added to E9V Raptor when he changed E9V Raptor.

1. Stealth Glands

   • These glands secrete a liquid the bends radio waves, infra-red light, visible light, & low frequency ultra-violet rays. Once the liquid covers E9V Raptor's entire body. E9V Raptor is invisible to sight and most sensors.

2. Bones & Teeth
   • E9V Raptor has a high iron content in his bones and teeth; they are significantly stronger than human bones.
3. Reinforced Hide
   • E9V Raptor's hide has a two thick layers of scales made from the same material as his bones. Each scale has an outer layer of red pigmented chiton, the substance that makes up the outer bodies of insects, crabs, etc.
4. Eyes
   • E9V Raptor has completely black, compound eyes similar to bees.
   • E9V Raptor's eyes can detect infra-red light, visible light, and ultra-violet waves.
5. Brain
   • E9V Raptor has a brain larger than a human; unlike humans, E9V Raptor uses nearly 100% of his brain's capacity.
6. Flight
   • E9V Raptor has a light body and wings allowing him to take flight.
7. Additional Specialized Lungs
   • E9V Raptor has two additional specialized lungs that preform special functions.
   • The first specialized lung, when used correctly, can produce a poisonous icy slush that E9V Raptor can spit.
   • The second specialized lung, when used correctly, can produce fiery acid that E9V Raptor can spit.
